Fairview’s Holistic Approach to Employee Wellness: Embracing Health, Purpose, and Stewardship

In the last several years, employee wellness has been top of mind for HR teams. Ensuring companies take care of their employees has always been necessary, but after the last few years, it is more important than ever.

Fairview leadership understands that their diligent staff of doctors, nurses, and medical professionals do an outstanding job of taking care of patients and it’s also necessary for employees to take care of themselves. Fairview’s well-being program was adopted from the Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing and encompasses six dimensions focusing on: health, relationships, security, purpose, community, and environment. The organization believes that our environment starts in our home and extends out to the whole planet. Each of our choices influences the health of our natural places and as much as our own well-being.

Eligible employees can receive reimbursement for State Park Passes as part of their well-being benefits.
