As Mayor of Jordan, Minnesota, Mike Franklin sees residents caring for their places in unique and surprising ways. @cityofjordanmn prides itself on the city’s green spaces and their civic participation. Those two things came together when a group of volunteers planting a pollinator habitat for migrating butterflies in open spaces along a city street under construction.
