Meet our Upstream partner: Donnay Dairy. Brad and Leann Donnay’s dairy farm in Kimball, Minnesota is a leading producer of Minnesota goat cheese. Their whole family takes part in caring for their 140 goats on their ten acre farm. They use natural and sustainable farming practices, including the use of 100% local, non-chemically treated feed to the use of chickens to control insects and pests on their farm. The Donnay’s and their five children care for their place, and it shows in the quality of the cheeses they produce.
