Meet Upstream Artist Fellow Alicia De La Cruz Alicia @waaboozbeading is a Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe artist currently residing inN.E Minneapolis. She has been creating beadwork since the age of 7,creating beautiful traditional works with a modern twist. Most important toher is the preservation of her culture through each stitch and story withinher work.
